Over the weekend of 11th / 12th September, windsurfers assembled at Grafham Water for the National Windsurf Championships. It was a fantastic weekend, with a lot of hard racing on the Saturday, but unfortunately the wind didn’t materialise on the Sunday. The kids still made the best of it with some of the coaches putting on some water fun activities.

The results are starting to filter through – take a look here for the results from the first Team15 action in more than a year – great to see Team15 back!
The Techno 293 UK Class Association is once again heading to Northampton Sailing Club at Pitsford reservoir from Wednesday 15th to Saturday 18th August.
The camp led by Chloe Bennett and Ali Masters will offer great quality training for those looking to consolidate their learning at Team 15, whilst also looking to polish those skills around the course for any budding racers planning to attend the National Championships at Rutland Water in September.
A wide-ranging coaching team has been assembled from across the UK. Each individual hoping to pass on everything they know to drive your windsurfing forward, share their enthusiasm for the sport and guarantee all participants have loads of fun!
The camp is a great opportunity to get on the water with lots of other windsurfers, from around the country. It doesn’t matter if you have just started your windsurfing journey, or are an experienced competitor, this camp will develop your skills further in a fun relaxed environment.
The Techno Summer Camp is more than just a few days training, it’s action packed all day, filled with activities and challenges both out on the water and on shore. All sailor meals are provided and on site camping which is also included in the price is strongly recommended. It’s a great opportunity to make lots of new friends within the sport and allows the parents to relax, enjoying the social scene that accompanies our sport and make the most of Pitsford and the lovely surrounding area.
Costs – £200 for four days of premium coaching, sailor meals and free camping.
The camp will take place at Pitsford Reservoir, Northampton Sailing Club. It is a non-residential camp and requires a parent or a designated loco parentis (over 18) to be on site at all times. Additional Parent meals can be purchased at £60 for the four days.

Coaching format – The camp will start at 9.30am on Wednesday morning with a briefing in the training room at Northampton SC. The following days will run from 8am – 8pm with the camp ending at 4:30pm on Saturday. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on site.
Bring all your friends and we can’t wait to see you all there!!
